Notification Recipients

The Notification Recipients function allows you to add and manage user information for receiving notifications via mobile app push notification, email, or SMS when setting up event triggers.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page and click on Manage Recipients.

  2. The notification setting dialog will be opened

    1. Click Add New Recipient
    2. Follow the user interface to add new user including recipient name, phone number, email address
    3. Assign the user to one of the 5 available groups (Group 1–5). You can assign multiple users to the same group.
    4. Submit the new user to the list. The user will now receive notifications when any event is triggered for their group.

All users in a selected group will receive the corresponding notification when a trigger is activated. Changes to recipient information can be made directly within the Notification Settings dialog, avoiding the need to modify individual trigger configurations.
